| Description: | Expected as a migrant or winter visitor. Very small, highly active bird with dark lateral crown and eye stripes, and white supercilium. Male: orange central crown; female: yellow central crown. |
| Similar Species: | At all ages, differs from Common Goldcrest by dark eyestripe. |
| Behavior: | Forages high in canopy. |
| Habitat: | Woodlands; scrub on migration. |
| Food: | Invertebrates. |
