| Description: | Small yellowish warbler with medium primary extension and pale brown legs. |
| Adult: | Uniform olive-green above, distinct supercilium and eyestripe, variably yellow below. |
| Juvenile: | Yellower overall. |
| Similar Species: | Eurasian Chiffchaff, Wood, Greenish, and Icterine Warblers. |
| Behavior: | Often occurs in mixed-species flocks on migration. Gives descending song of fluty whistles. |
| Habitat: | Woodland, riverside thickets, reedbeds. |
| Food: | Invertebrates. |
